Responsibilities

• 1. Data Collection & Management

  • Gather data from multiple sources (databases, ERP systems, spreadsheets, APIs).
  • Validate data accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update databases and data repositories.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality standards.

  2. Data Analysis

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Perform statistical analysis and data modeling.
  • Investigate business problems using data-driven approaches.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

  3. Reporting & Dashboard Creation

  • Develop regular business reports and management summaries.
  • Create dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Present findings through charts, graphs, and visualizations.
  • Automate reporting processes where possible.

  4. Business Support

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  • Translate business questions into analytical solutions.
  • Provide recommendations based on data findings.
  • Support strategic and operational decision-making.

  5. Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes.
  • Track operational performance and cost efficiency.
  • Recommend data-driven solutions to increase productivity.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

  6. Data Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
  • Maintain data documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Support audit requirements related to data management.

Requirements

• Graduate with minimum bachelor's degree, welcome for fresh graduates
• Experiences in Logistics Industry (Warehousing and Transport is preferred), knowledgeable in Warehouse Operation as current/previous working background is mandatory for this role, will be considered as a plus.

• Good Command of communication skill both in English and Thai

• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and words)

• Good teamwork

• Analytical and presentation skill

• Results driven, and flexible to travel as needed
• Service mind and good interpersonal skills

• Able to work under pressure and logical thinking
