Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Logistics Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Program Manager the Logistic Analyst is responsible for coordinate and optimize domestic and international transportation activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products while meeting customer requirements and company objectives. This role plays a key part in managing export shipments, cross-border logistics, and transportation performance across multiple transportation modes.

What a typical day looks like:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments.
• Monitor export shipments and track deliveries from origin to final destination.
• Ensure smooth cross-border operations, including customs and transportation requirements.
• Analyze transportation costs, carrier performance, and routing options to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Work closely with customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers.
• Maintain transportation metrics and logistics performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Support daily logistics operations and resolve transportation-related issues.
• Maintain and update shipment records, carrier rates, routes, and service information.
• Coordinate multimodal transportation activities, including air, ocean, and ground freight.
• Assist with supplier and carrier negotiations when required.
• Manage documentation related to imports, exports, and customs processes.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, import/export operations, and customs processes.
• Knowledge of Annex 24 and Mexican customs regulations.
• Experience coordinating multimodal transportation (air, ocean, ground).
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Conversational English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work on Second Shift.
