This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Logic Monitor Administrator in India.

This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade monitoring solutions across complex IT environments, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures. You will play a key role in ensuring high system availability, proactive issue detection, and reliable performance visibility across critical applications and services. The position requires hands-on expertise in configuring monitoring platforms, building dashboards, and managing alerting frameworks to support business continuity. You will work closely with cross-functional IT and support teams to optimize monitoring strategies and resolve operational issues efficiently. The environment is highly technical and fast-paced, requiring strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact system reliability and operational excellence for enterprise customers.

Accountabilities:

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain monitoring solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments to ensure end-to-end infrastructure visibility and performance tracking.
  • Design and manage monitoring infrastructure, including high availability and disaster recovery configurations for business-critical systems.
  • Configure and optimize Logic Monitor components such as logic modules, dashboards, alert rules, thresholds, group structures, and integrations.
  • Onboard and manage monitoring for applications, services, websites, and infrastructure components to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve monitoring issues quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to alerting accuracy and system observability.
  • Collaborate with internal and external support teams to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement of monitoring services.
  • Evaluate and implement new monitoring tools and strategies aligned with evolving customer and business requirements.
  • Requirements

    • 4+ years of experience in infrastructure monitoring, systems administration, or similar roles within enterprise IT environments.
    • Strong hands-on experience with monitoring tools, preferably including LogicMonitor or similar platforms.
    • Solid understanding of monitoring strategies for on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
    • Experience in configuring dashboards, alert rules, thresholds, user management, and monitoring integrations.
    • Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills in high-availability environments.
    • Familiarity with REST APIs and scripting/programming languages is an added advantage.
    • Experience working in operational support environments with incident resolution and system reliability focus.
    • Relevant certifications such as LMCA or LMCP are preferred.
