Sleep Coach (Respiratory Therapist)

Why is this Sleep Coach role different

At Lofta, you’ll combine clinical expertise with patient education and virtual support to help patients successfully begin and maintain CPAP therapy. This is a highly patient-facing role focused on coaching, troubleshooting, and improving therapy outcomes through a seamless customer experience.

You’ll work closely with the Clinical Supervisor and team to support patients throughout their therapy journey in a fast-paced e-commerce healthcare environment.

Salary range

  • $31.84–$37.00 per hour. Compensation offered may vary based on experience, skills, education, and location

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate interactions between clients and board-certified sleep physicians
  • Execute home sleep tests under physician prescription
  • Provide virtual CPAP setup and patient education
  • Monitor therapy outcomes and provide ongoing support
  • Assist patients with orders, resupply, exchanges, and troubleshooting
  • Handle inbound and outbound communication through multiple platforms
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What we look for

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or eligible meeting state licensing requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapy experience, preferably in DME or sleep industry
  • Strong computer, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Organized, adaptable, and patient-focused

Education

  • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program

Certificates, licenses, registrations or professional designations

  • Current Respiratory Therapist license in applicable state(s)
  • Current CPR certification preferred or required
  • All applicable licenses in good standing
