Primary Care Physician Opportunity—Montgomery, AL

Compensation: $150/hr plus travel and lodging

We provide care to Seniors 65+ years old. Physicians practice at the top of their licenses, complete charting during office hours, and have a life outside of the office. They have the freedom to provide the kind of care that you would want your grandparents to receive. Our goal is to provide a concierge level of service for Seniors who do not have access to or cannot afford such a high level of care.

Role:

• Primary Care – outpatient
• Value-Based Care model.
• Shifts: Monday – Friday 8a-5p
• Patient panel max of 400
• Average patients per day: 10-13.
• Lots of initial training
• Patient satisfaction scores are usually a 5
• Each provider has their own care team/scheduler, MA, referral specialist, Nurse, Case Manager, Social Worker and Outreach Specialist
• EKG’s and Labs in the Center

Requirements:

• Active AL Medical License and DEA
• BC/BE IM/FM
• Computer savvy
• No current cases/ no impairment or sexual assault charges or anti-kickback violations or fraud. No issue with Medicare

Each Center has contracts with Uber and Lyft to provide transportation for patients who need it. The Care Team representatives schedule these rides when the appointment is scheduled. If there is a need for a specialist appointment, the Care Team arranges transportation for these as well. The Centers’ Community Relations representative organizes Cooking Classes, Chair Yoga, Silver Sneakers, Senior Prom’s, Birthday parties, and other events to engage our Senior Patients and keep them active and connected.
