Requirements
:

• 
  Assignment length: 6, 12, 24 or 36 months
• 
  BC by ABIM in Hematology and Medical Oncology
• 
  Any active, unrestricted state medical license
• 
  ACLS, BLS
• 
  Valid DEA License
• 
  3 Current References
