Training & Development
  • Deliver small group training sessions including onboarding, well-being and resiliency training, and annual refresher training for assigned individuals.
  • Facilitate additional approved ad hoc training sessions as requested, aligned with organizational needs.
  • Ensure all training is delivered within prescribed timeframes and formats provided by the organization.
Observation & Support
  • Conduct daily floor walks ("walk and talks") during each shift to observe team interactions and employee demeanor for signs of distress.
  • Normalize wellbeing coach presence on-site as a supportive and integrated member of the Trust & Safety team.
  • Provide discreet and proactive intervention as necessary.
Monitoring & Communication
  • Actively monitor and respond to direct communications from individuals across designated platforms, including email and other approved communication tools.
  • Maintain a professional, supportive, and timely response protocol.
Documentation & Data Entry
  • Accurately record attendance and aggregate trends/topics in the organization’s system of record within 24 hours of each session.
  • Update working schedule and coaching session plan 28 days in advance of sessions taking place.
  • Enter coaching session insights (excluding any clinical or personally identifiable information) using the organization’s coaching tool in alignment with privacy and data protection policies.
  • Adhere to all legal and ethical reporting obligations, including risk-based disclosures.
Wellbeing Coach Insights & Reporting
  • Summarize trends and insights from coaching sessions and observations during floor walks using the organization’s reporting tools.
  • Contribute to regular team updates and meetings with relevant aggregated insights.
Scheduling & Availability
  • Manage your own schedule effectively including blocking time for on-demand sessions, floor walks, and proactive engagement activities in alignment with best practice guidelines.
  • Remain available and responsive for unscheduled support and crisis interventions as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum Level 8 BA or BSc (Hons) degree from a recognized and accredited institution in either Clinical Counselling, Health Psychology, Therapeutic Counselling, Psychotherapy, or Clinical Social Work.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ post qualification experience in mental health, preferably in areas such as trauma counselling, resilience-building programs, general or clinical mental health support.
  • Psychologists require minimum graduate membership of Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).
