The Nurse Practitioner (Locum) works with addiction counsellors, nurses, primary care providers and other community health service providers in offering addiction medical support for individual clients living with mental illness and addiction through a harm-reduction lens. You will work interdependently with staff members to provide shared, client-centered care that emphasizes health promotion/protection, disease prevention and client education, while providing episodic primary health care to CMHA TVAMHS clients who do not have a primary care provider and consults with collaborative physicians for clients who have unstable/complex health conditions.

Police Vulnerable Sector Check Requirements
Successful candidates must have a Police Vulnerable Sector Check completed in the last six months. Interested applicants who reside in the City of London and are in need of a Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) are encouraged to apply for one as soon as possible as PVSCs in the City of London are currently taking approximately 5 weeks to be processed and offers of employment cannot be made without receipt of a PVSC.
