On behalf of our client, R.S.M.C. Services are seeking a Locum / Locum-to-Perm opportunity in Spartanburg, SC, with the possibility to transition to full-time in the future

We have a part-time (Mon-Tue) and FT (Mon-Tue, Thu, Fri OR Mon-Wed, Fri) available.

Position Details

• Role: Locum Dentist
• Start Date: June 15, 2026
• Location: Spartanburg, SC 29306
• Schedule: 3-4 days/week (8am-5pm)
• Commitment: 1 month minimum (preferred)
• Daily Rate: Up to $1,100/day
• SIGN-ON BONUS: $500 after completing your 1st 10 shifts
• Malpractice Insurance: 100% covered
• Travel/Lodging: Hotel and travel reimbursements provided

• Type: General Dentist – Family Dentistry

• Daily Volume: ~30 patients (mix of operative and hygiene exams)

• Procedures: Root canals, bridges, extractions, implants (surgical extractions referred out)

• Software/Tech: Denticon, sensors, scanners

• Insurance: 65% Medicaid / 35% PPO

• Office Setup: Single-doctor practice with hygienists and dental assistants

• Mentorship: Virtual mentorship available

• Culture: Supportive team, positive and collaborative environment

• Community Presence: Strong outreach and well-established family practice

We are open to a locum assignment while securing a permanent provider, and this could become a long-term full-time opportunity.
