Position Title: Locker Services Lead

Department: Locker Services – Retail, Rental, & Repair

Classification: Winter Seasonal, Full-Time

Job Duties

• Oversee daily operations of Solitude Lounge.
• Provide consistent exceptional service.
• Work with Locker Manager to help train staff.
• Perform opening/closing duties of Solitude Lounge.
• Maintain an organized locker room, logbook, and cleanliness of Solitude locker room.
• Coordinate setup and stocking of continental breakfast for guests.
• Work with Locker Manager to maintain area presentation standards.
• Oversee conscientious inventory control of guests’ items.
• Provide information for JHMR guests and locker holders.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong guest service skills.
• Overall knowledge of ski industry and guest service.
• High School degree or GED.
• Rental/retail/guest services experience preferred.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
