Job Description

Riverside Golf Club is looking for dedicated Locker Room Staff to provide exceptional service and maintain a welcoming environment for our guests. The Locker Room Staff will manage guest transitions between the golf course and locker room facilities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all members and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker room facilities, including showers, saunas, and changing areas.
  • Assist guests with their needs, including the handling of golf bags and personal items.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of all locker room amenities, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Provide towels, toiletries, and beverages to guests as needed, promoting a hospitable atmosphere.
  • Monitor the locker area, ensuring guest security and privacy is maintained at all times.
  • Engage with guests to provide information about facilities, services, and the club's offerings.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down for events or busy periods, ensuring all areas are guest-ready.

Requirements

  • High School or Diploma in Hospitality background.
  • Minimum 1 year experience.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or recreational industry is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented setting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to guest service.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving items.
