As our Location Manager, you manage all shared car locations across the country. You set up new locations, handle planned and ad-hoc relocations, manage parking permits end to end, and keep our internal tooling up to date.
You report into the Fleet & Locations Manager and are the go-to person for everything location-related. This role is for someone who is precise, well-organized, and comfortable switching between planned work and unexpected requests on the same day.
Set up new locations and ensure every spot is clearly marked as a Check location: signage, parking bay markings, and charging infrastructure where needed.
Manage ad-hoc and planned relocations in close coordination with hikers and fleet checkers.
Apply for new parking permits, transfer existing ones when vehicles are relocated, and renew permits before they expire.
Create and update locations in Toolshed to ensure our internal tooling always reflects reality.
Monitor location performance and proactively flag issues or improvement opportunities.
1-3 years of work experience, for example in operations, logistics, urban planning, or a related field.
You are precise, structured, and keep a clear head when multiple things need to happen at once.
You are comfortable managing contact with external parties such as municipalities and operational partners.
You communicate clearly in Dutch and English.
Affinity with shared mobility or urban operations is a strong plus.
