Technical Advisor Coordinator, Customer Support Korea
Leading the review and consulting it with superior or/and related dept. & customer.
Establish the project plan and execute it by professionally assigning resources. (e.g. Job card, team works across the team)
Lead collaboration activities with relevant departments to ensure seamless project execution and accurate technical shooting.
Help and lead the field activities through cooperation with superior and related departments.
Review the field feedback and coordinate it according to the work process or/and superior’s guidance.
Provide accurate feedback(report) and support the decision-making process.
Forster a positive team culture by encouraging collaboration and clear communication. Drive process development by identifying improvements and implementing best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Understand the demands on the field resources and provide constructive processes & sustainable solutions.
