WinGD is looking for a

(Location: Taiwan/Hongkong) Service Sales

We are seeking an experienced Service Sales Manager to drive sales and manage customer relationships for 2-stroke engine spare parts, long-term
service agreements (LTSA), and field service activities including drydock projects and major overhauls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for spare parts, LTSA, and field service solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, operators, and shipyards.
• Identify customer needs and prepare tailored technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and service execution.
• Oversee and support field service projects such as drydock repairs, overhauls, and upgrades.
• Negotiate contracts and secure profitable, sustainable business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marine engine service sales, ideally in the 2-stroke sector.
• Strong technical understanding of marine propulsion systems.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a global environment．
• Willingness to travel internationally.
