Location Operations Manager (LOM)

We're hiring an experienced Location Operations Manager to lead daily operations at one of our BRAVAS locations. This leadership role oversees smart home project delivery, field service operations, team development, and financial performance — all while upholding the premium standard BRAVAS clients expect.

The LOM sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering with Sales, Project Management, Technical Services, and Regional leadership to drive exceptional results across every client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations: Oversee location-wide performance across smart home project delivery, field service, sales, and client support.
  • Own business results: Manage P&L, budgets, revenue forecasts, and KPIs to meet financial and operational targets.
  • Drive team alignment: Coordinate seamlessly across Sales, Administration, Project Management, AV/Technical Services, and Client Support teams.
  • Build high-performing teams: Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development for a motivated, engaged workforce.
  • Champion the client experience: Resolve complex client issues and ensure every smart home project is completed to BRAVAS' luxury standard.
  • Plan and forecast staffing: Build operational and workforce plans that meet current project demand and support business growth.
  • Partner with regional leadership: Align on strategic priorities, operational best practices, and process improvements across locations.
  • Manage facilities and assets: Oversee company property, fleet vehicles, tools, and equipment to support field and office operations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years leading project-based teams in technology integration, AV, construction, or related industries
  • Proven track record managing P&L, budgets, and performance metrics in an operations role
  • Strong understanding of project workflows, billing mechanics, and operational efficiency
  • Experience resolving cross-departmental conflicts and driving team collaboration
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills
  • Proficiency with ERP/business systems; NetSuite experience strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance day-to-day operations and long-term business goals
