Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and orders for spare parts accurately and promptly using SAP and relevant internal systems.
  • Act as the central point of contact between customers and internal departments, including Supply Chain, Pricing, Logistics, and Service.
  • Prepare and issue spare parts quotations with accurate pricing, lead times, and part identification.
  • Coordinate the full order-to-delivery process to ensure timely shipment and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively follow up on quotations, open orders, delivery schedules, and outstanding customer requests.
  • Ensure all order, shipping, and customer documentation is accurate and compliant with internal standards and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, quotation, and order data in SAP.
  • Collaborate with WinGD’s global offices and Swiss headquarters to align delivery commitments and project requirements.
  • Support Field Service teams with spare parts requirements for onboard service interventions.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and provide regular reports on order activities, customer engagement, KPIs, and monthly performance to line management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in component trading, customer support, engineering support, business operations, logistics, or a similar position.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in order coordination, spare parts sales, supply chain, or logistics, preferably within the marine, manufacturing, or heavy machinery industry.
  • Solid understanding of spare parts processes, service business, global logistics, and supply chain operations.
  • Strong knowledge of international import and export procedures, customs requirements, and transportation processes.
  • Proficiency in SAP, preferably SAP R/3 or S/4HANA, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to understand and manage complex technical and commercial specifications and documentation in English.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, particularly in component and spare parts sales.
  • Experience in preparing regular activity, performance, and management reports.
  • Excellent command of both Korean and English, written and spoken.
  • Open, inclusive, and communicative personality with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and multicultural teams.
  • Structured, proactive, and self-driven working style with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities.
