Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of service contracts, including proposal support, contract negotiation, execution, renewal, and contract close-out.
  • Ensure successful contract execution by meeting contractual commitments, service levels, QHSE requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Take commercial responsibility for contract profitability by monitoring revenue, costs, invoicing, risks, claims, warranties, and scope changes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Field Service, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Plan and manage maintenance activities, spare parts, resources, and logistics to support contract execution.
  • Monitor contract performance through KPIs and customer reporting, while driving continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for contract renewals, service expansion, and additional business solutions to support long-term business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven negotiation skills in spare parts and Field Service business.
  • Solid knowledge of global logistics, import/export processes, and international trade.
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical and commercial specifications in English.
  • Fluent in both English and Korean (written and spoken); additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
