We are seeking a Localization Specialist to join our team.

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate localization projects for marketing content, creative assets, packaging, product information, and customer communications across global markets.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Content, Product Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, and regional teams to support international product launches and campaigns.
  • Manage localization workflows, priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with Creative Operations to support artwork adaptation, production readiness, and quality control of localized assets.
  • Coordinate external translation and localization vendors, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and efficient execution.
  • Maintain localization resources, including glossaries, style guides, translation memories, and process documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase localization efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Linguistics, Translation Studies, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in localization, content operations, project management, marketing operations, or a related discipline.
  • Experience managing multilingual content and collaborating with translation and localization partners.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with localization workflows and systems such as TMS, CMS, DAM platforms, and project management tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across global and cross-functional teams.
