NOTE:
This position follows a hybrid model, with two days per week in the office and three days working remotely While we offer flexibility in daily schedules, the role is expected to align broadly with U.S. East Coast business hours to support collaboration with key stakeholders.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Localization Engineering, this role is responsible for providing support internally for specialized, technical file types and processes in translation. This includes but is not limited to for the successful development and implementation of technical solutions for Questel’s clients to optimize the utilization of our products and services and ensure customer satisfaction. This role will typically work on projects that involve software, website or CMS, single-source authoring, e-learning, AI voiceover, and other requests that would be automized with automation.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree required. At least 2 years’ experience in technical/localization project management or engineering required. In addition, any combination of education, experience and training which provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
