Novo Nordisk is looking for a Local Vendor Manager to strengthen country‑level partnerships with clinical vendors and ensure excellent delivery of Decentralised and traditional trial services. You will join our Clinical Operations ecosystem and work closely with trial teams, CRAs and regional vendor leads. This is a full-time remote position that can be based anyplace in Canada.
Your new role
As the Local Vendor Manager, you will own country‑level relationships with clinical vendors to ensure operational excellence and alignment with global vendor strategy. You will coordinate local execution of FSP/FSO partnerships and support Decentralised Clinical Trial delivery, while driving vendor performance, compliance and continuous improvement across cross‑functional stakeholders.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
Collaborate closely with external vendors to streamline operational processes and ensure timely, high‑quality support for the Trial Team throughout the study lifecycle.

You are a decisive relationship builder who balances commercial savvy with regulatory rigour. You communicate clearly across matrixed teams and external partners, negotiate constructively under pressure, and prioritise actions to keep complex programs on track. Practical, solution‑oriented and detail‑minded, you also foster a culture of continuous improvement and ownership within the vendor ecosystem.

Salary: for this role the Annual Base salary ranges from $116,680 - $166,680
The placement in the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on your skills, competencies, knowledge and relevant experience match the position requirements.
Incentives: based on the role’s level and other factors, the salary package may include short-term (STI) and/or long-term (LTI) incentives.
