The Local Support Team Manager will lead the daily operations of the Local Support Team (LST) at VinFast’s manufacturing site. This role is critical in driving
vehicle module localization, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing
and quality teams, and maintaining alignment with VinFast engineering standards
Team Leadership & Daily Management

Oversee and coordinate
the activities of module engineers across BIW, Doors & Closures,
Exterior, Interior, Seat & Restraint, Powertrain, and Integration.

Ensure timely issue
resolution and maintain high team performance.
Cross-Functional Interface

Act as the primary
liaison between the LST and local departments including Manufacturing,
Manufacturing Quality, SQE, and AFS.

Facilitate
communication and collaboration with HQ engineering teams.
Issue Resolution & Escalation

Own and drive
resolution of technical and quality issues at the plant level.

Escalate critical
matters to the Localization Director and participate in gate reviews as
needed.
Compliance & Standards

Ensure all
localization activities adhere to VinFast engineering, quality, and
production standards.

Support regulatory compliance
for localized components.
Performance Monitoring

Track and report KPIs
related to localization effectiveness, operational independence, and
quality performance.

Support continuous
improvement initiatives and team development.
