Functional area: Procurement
Remuneration: EUR 40,000 – EUR 65,000 (Annual gross Total Target Compensation)

Purpose:

Acts as Single point of contact for local stakeholders for the area of Indirect procurement demands

  • Provides market support for all purchase category types, channels requests related to global categories correctly, supports with local know-how for regional & global categories if required and is responsible for the whole Source to Contract and Purchase to Pay process for local purchase categories.
  • Communicates “local demands/specialities” to the global Indirects team
  • Implements locally relevant indirect procurement processes and standards
  • Acts as the local “go to” person regarding all questions on procurement tools, processes and directives
  • Acts as an interface between central procurement and local business

Main responsibilities & tasks:

  • Manages local stakeholder relationships and acts as single point of contact for indirect procurement requests
  • Covers local demands for indirects
  • Connects to central category teams
  • Identifies local suppliers and maintains expertise about local markets
  • Provides market information to central/global and aligned/ regional category teams, if required
  • Executes S2C, contract and supplier management activities for local categories in local language, if required
  • Executes P2O activities, if not covered by central team
  • Provides language and cultural support as interface between central procurement and local business
  • Supports contract implementation
  • Represents country specific requirements in the central procurement („voice of country“)
  • Provides guidance and fosters local adherence to Indirect procurement processes & standards
  • Follows-up and reports on the implementation of agreed procurement policies and programs in the country
