How You 'll Make an Impact

• Support the expansion, maintenance, and daily operations of the ATM network, with a focus on availability, reliability, operational efficiency, revenue performance, and cost optimization.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with external providers, including security, installation, transportation, CIT, FLM/SLM, and other vendors, ensuring compliance with local and global standards.
• Provide local operational and technical support to Central Operations, including IT, telecommunications, infrastructure, and ATM-related activities.
• Coordinate ATM deployment projects, including site surveys, site preparation, installations, testing, documentation, and successful go-live according to agreed timelines and project requirements.
• Manage ATM, telecom equipment, and site inventories, while monitoring processes, SLAs, dependencies, documentation, and supplier-related costs.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective information flow, timely issue resolution, and successful delivery of ATM-related projects and operational activities.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• University degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Operations or IT, preferably within banking, financial services, telecommunications, or retail.
• Experience in project coordination and operational project delivery; ATM systems/software experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including advanced MS Office proficiency; Power Pivot and Power BI knowledge preferred.
• Fluent English and native Spanish, with a valid Category B driving license.
