We are looking for a full-time, hands-on Local Operations Specialist (f/m/d) to join our Operations (OPS) team directly on the ground.

In this role, you will serve as the engine of our local fleet operations. You will oversee fleet management, coordinate technical dispatches, liaise with local authorities, and analyze key performance metrics to keep our services running seamlessly.

Your Responsibilities

• Fleet & Logistics Management: Oversee fleet operations, inventory, spare parts, vehicle registrations, deregistrations, and key management.

• Dispatch & Partner Coordination: Efficiently schedule and dispatch technicians, workshops, and external service providers.

• City Performance & KPI Analysis: Monitor rented vehicles, customer usage, and operational KPIs to identify trends and continuous improvements.

• Authority & Administrative Liaison: Manage communications and procedures with local authorities, police, courts, towing services, and fines.

• Partner & Customer Support: Provide operational customer support and build strong relationships with external suppliers and partners.

What We Are Looking For

• Education & Background: A commercial, technical, or engineering background (ideally in automotive, logistics, or mobility) with prior dispatching or operational experience.

• Languages: Fluent communication skills in both German and English (spoken and written).

• Technical Skills: Confident handling of IT/data management systems (MS Office) and comfortable working within Apple environments.

• Requirements & physical mobility: Valid driver's license

• Mindset: Deep familiarity with Vienna, a strong passion for shared mobility, high initiative, and a hands-on team attitude
