Job Description

The Opportunity

To monitor production activities in subsidiaries as well as follow-up of production in third party manufacturers, both included within the perimeter of LO and Off-shoring.

What you'll get to do

Planification

  • To follow-up production plan in third party manufacturers in countries included within the perimeter of LO and Off-shoring.
  • To manage production flows, raw materials and finished products; also in investee companies.

Execution

  • To advise technically in operations management in subsidiaries as well as production following-up in third party manufacturers abroad.
  • To study and ensure technical viability of suppliers (manufacturers). To select and homologate new manufacturers. To study viability of costs MOD and MAQ.
  • To start up processes and pilot tests.
  • To start up new productions.
  • To assure the fulfillment of Quality standars of the group.
  • To oversee audits to local manufacturers.
  • To guarantee systematic controls of local productions.
  • To negotiate & guarantee correct application of purchasing prices to third party manufacturers in countries without subsidiary.
  • To assure production flows, raw materials and finished products; also in investee companies.

Control

  • To follow-up the area's KPIs and for third party manufacturers in countries without subsidiary. To monitor subsidiaries' KPIs related to local manufacturing.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering
  • At least 6-7 years of experience in production flows, raw materials and finished products.
  • Leadership, teamwork, effective communication, organizational and planning skills.
  • Microsoft Excel : advanced level.
  • Languages: English (conversational skills).
