Intrum Global Technologies SIA (IGT) was established in Riga in 2010 to deliver high‑quality software development and IT services for the Intrum Group worldwide. Today, IGT brings together 190 professionals, primarily IT experts, supporting markets in 20 countries.
Are you our Local IT and Office support specialist?
The Local IT Specialist provides first‑line technical on-site support, manages user accounts, installs and maintains IT equipment, and ensures compliance with Group IT standards. The role oversees local hardware/software inventory, maintains office technical infrastructure, and may be required to act as an extension of Group IT for various initiatives, support cases and projects. Additionally, the specialist assists with basic office operations and supervises the premises during the Office Administrator’s absence.
