• Work alongside engineering teams to bring new services to life
• Support technician-level planning and execution of network changes
Maintain Equipment & Materials
• Manage spares and critical components to support quick repairs and installs
• Keep inventory of cables, connectors, patching, and tools organized and ready
• Ensure hardware and software meet operational and compliance standards
Collaborate & Communicate
• Work closely with internal teams and occasionally customers to resolve issues
• Communicate clearly during installs, troubleshooting, and service restoration
• Contribute to a team focused on delivering reliable, high-quality service
What You’ll Bring
• 2-Year Electronics Technician or Electronics Technologist program (preferred).
• Hands-on experience in telecom, CATV operations, installation, and/or fiber splicing
• Experience with network equipment staging, repair, installation, or troubleshooting
• Strong working knowledge of data, telecom, and/or IP networking technologies
• Solid understanding of IP networking fundamentals (routing, switching, and transport systems are an asset)
• Ability to work in a rotating 24/7/365 operational environment
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Atlantic Canada as needed
• Strong communication skills and a team-first approach
