ANDRITZ Finland HR is looking for a new professional team member, Local HR business partner, to strengthen the team. The job is a one-year temporary position.

As Local HR business partner you will work in close cooperation with ANDRITZ Oy community, managers, employees and HR. You give your expertise to people processes, talent acquisition, and other people and HR related matters. You will also support HR business partners locally in implementing the business strategy, strategic people and HR processes.

Location of the position can be any ANDRITZ Oy location in Finland.

Your responsibilities are as follows:


• Support managers and employees in people and HR related topics (local employment topic like contracts, occupational health care, onboarding, exits etc.)
• Talent acquisition together as a part of recruitment team
• Support global HR business partners in implementing annual people processes locally
• Employment life cycle related topics
• Giving development input into HR processes (eg. recruitment and onboarding)

We are looking for candidates with the following experience & expertise:


• Strong knowledge and experience in HR processes and procedures (3-5 years)
• Knowledge from social media, mainly Linkedin and Linkedin recruiter -tool, and good skills in communications.
• You have a customer focused mindset, and you actively work for aligned solutions to serve the business
• You have good interpersonal skills and ability to network and collaborate with different stakeholders
• You are precise and descreet in your work
• We appreciate hands-on attitude and positive vibe, even in a hurry
• You are excellent in written and spoken English and Finnish – other languages are an asset
• Up-to-date IT skills, especially in Microsoft office environment, experience in SAP Success Factors is seen as advantage.
• Degree from a relevant area
