As a Local Facility Management Coordinator, you will play an essential role in ensuring our workplaces operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently across multiple assigned locations. Acting as a key connector between employees, Station Managers, vendors, and cross-functional partners, you will help create an environment where people can perform at their best while maintaining operational continuity and compliance.

This role combines facilities coordination, workplace operations, vendor management, security administration, and administrative support responsibilities. Success in this position requires strong organization, sound judgment, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will serve as a trusted partner who helps resolve workplace challenges, coordinate essential services, and support positive employee experiences across the business.

How you create impact

• Coordinate day-to-day facility operations across assigned locations, helping to maintain safe, efficient, and productive workplaces.
• Manage office services, supplies, equipment, and inventory to support business continuity and employee needs.
• Build effective partnerships with vendors, landlords, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues
• Support building maintenance, workplace improvements, repairs, and service requests by coordinating with internal partners and third-party providers
• Administer workplace security processes, including access management, badges, and coordination with security providers to maintain a secure working environment.
• Manage purchasing activities, invoice processing, vendor records, and facility-related documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Partner closely with Station Managers, QSHE, Finance, HR, and other stakeholders to support operational needs across multiple locations.
• Contribute to emergency preparedness initiatives, workplace safety programs, and facility compliance activities by helping coordinate responses and communications.
• Support office projects, including relocations, renovations, and workplace enhancements, while tracking progress and ensuring key milestones are met.
• Serve as a reliable resource for employees and stakeholders by identifying solutions, coordinating follow-up actions, and maintaining clear communication across multiple sites.

What we would like you to bring

• Experience in facilities coordination, office administration, workplace operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, locations, and deadlines in a dynamic environment
• A proactive and solution-focused approach to addressing workplace and operational challenges.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• The ability to remain calm, organized, and effective when responding to changing priorities, urgent requests, or workplace incidents
• Sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• A collaborative mindset and customer-focused approach to supporting employees, stakeholders, and workplace operations.
• Flexibility to work primarily on-site and occasionally travel to support assigned locations and business needs when required.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
