Job Description

Following the Party’s decisive victories in the 2025 and 2026 local elections, it is vital that we build on this momentum and continue to strengthen our representation in local government. Reform UK now has over 2,300 Councillors, and we have the opportunity to increase this number significantly further in May 2027. With the Party contesting council seats across England, Scotland and Wales, the Local Elections Manager will play a crucial role in providing high-level support, coordination and guidance to our candidates, branches and activists across Great Britain.

The Local Elections Manager will play a central role within the Campaigns Department, working closely with the Head of Campaigns and other senior staff to coordinate campaign activity across Great Britain. The role will be responsible for overseeing campaign delivery, monitoring progress against key objectives, ensuring branches and candidates are properly supported and equipped, identifying and resolving emerging issues, and providing senior staff with accurate reports and analysis throughout the 2027 local elections campaign.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Head of Campaigns and other senior staff in the Campaigns Department in developing and monitoring all elements of the upcoming local election elections.
  • Help identify and improve current Party tools and resources for our local branches and candidates, including specific literature for May 2027.
  • Coordinate with field staff and local campaign teams across Great Britain to address any emerging issues which occur.

Essential Skills and Experience:
