Tarrytown Expocare Pharmacy – We are a long-term care pharmacy that provides specialized care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout the United States. We originated as part of an independent retail pharmacy, Tarrytown Pharmacy, which has been serving the local community since 1941. Through our dedication to provide excellence to our customers, we have grown from a small independent pharmacy to a multi-state long-term care pharmacy solution. If you are hardworking, dedicated and looking for a change in your career, we may have an opportunity for you!
Tarrytown Expocare is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Tarrytown Expocare Pharmacy is the nation’s leading long-term care pharmacy exclusively serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs. This is our entire business — not a service line or subset.
We deliver the clinical expertise, medication packaging, eMAR integration, 24/7 pharmacist support, and compliance infrastructure required to support both local agencies and multi-state enterprise providers who serve complex populations.
Our mission is to improve medication safety, strengthen compliance, and give nurses, caregivers, and direct support professionals more time for direct care. Today, we support individuals in 40+ states and are trusted across home and community-based IDD programs nationwide.
