Purpose of the Role
The intern will be based at the Ecolab Rozzano plant and will support the team in the coordination and implementation of local business initiatives. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate with different business functions and contribute to continuous improvement projects and organizational engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the coordination of site-level initiatives and business projects.
  • Assist in the collection, processing, and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and communication materials.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and site development projects.
  • Gather feedback and relevant information to support the monitoring of ongoing activities.
  • Support the deployment and promotion of company best practices and standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree completed or currently in progress in Business, Engineering, Scientific disciplines, or related fields.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Interest in industrial processes and business operations.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Initiative, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail

Compensation Range:

The salary for this position is 500€, plus 10€ daily restaurant tickets.
