A little about us

The Hilton Toronto is centrally located in Toronto's financial district, right in the middle of all the great things the city has to offer. What are we looking for?

A Lobby Attendant serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Previous hotel experience as a Room Attendant and/or Houseperson

What will you be doing?

As a Lobby Attendant, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards. The below list highlights the main duties of the role and lists tasks that may be required on a morning and/or evening shift., during the weekends.

Public restroom cleaning
Deep cleaning and light cleaning
Trash removal
Replenishment of paper towel, soap, toilet paper etc.
Cleaning public areas and offices
Vacuuming, dusting, wiping areas
Cleaning of mirrors and windows – inside and outside
Cleaning of outdoor areas, pool, change room, and gym facility
Arranging outdoor furniture
Sweeping of patios and walkways
Responding to guest requests
Retrieving items from purchasing/ loading dock
Set up and maintain storage areas
Stock room attendant amenity boxes
