Job Description

Doubletree by Hilton Airport is seeking a friendly Lobby Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel’s front-of-house areas. This role involves ensuring that lobbies, restrooms, and public areas are clean, well-stocked, and welcoming to guests. If you take pride in creating pristine spaces, this position is perfect for you.

Where you can make an impact:

  • Clean and maintain lobbies, restrooms, and public areas.
  • Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to maintain cleanliness and safety.
  • Replenish supplies in restrooms and common areas as needed.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and requests in public spaces.
  • Report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department.
  • Monitor high-traffic areas to ensure they remain tidy throughout the day.
  • Adhere to hotel safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist other team members with cleaning tasks during busy periods.

Requirements

Education/Formal Training:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

  • Previous custodial or housekeeping experience is a plus.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
