The Lobby Ambassador (m/f/d) is the central representative and coordination person in the reception area of an international IT company for game development.

The position combines demanding reception, communication and organisational tasks with team responsibility and interface management.

The area of responsibility includes ensuring a professional, brand-appropriate reception experience, the operational management of the reception and service team and close coordination with internal and external partners.

Stellenbeschreibung

• Professional, friendly and service-oriented reception and care of guests, partners and employees
• Contact person for general inquiries on site and by phone
• Management and issuance of visitor badges, management of access rights and control of access authorisations
• Organization of the reception process and support for guest appointments, presentations and events
• Ensuring a well-groomed, representative appearance of the lobby and adjacent areas
• Daily secure communication in German and English within an international workplace

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial training, e.g. in the field of office management, hotel industry or event management, or a comparable qualification is an advantage
• Tested protection and security ( IHK - Geprüfte Schutz- und Sicherheitskraft)
• Several years of professional experience in the security, reception, hospitality or front office sector, ideally in an international environment
• Certified service staff for protection and security or higher, specialist for protection and security desirable
• First experience in leading small teams is an advantage
• Confident handling of IT, MS Office and modern communication platforms (e.g. Teams, Slack, Zoom)
• Very good knowledge of German, as well as very good written and spoken English.
