Does

• Bridges business requirements to agile technology development practices
• Breaks down ideas into fundamental concepts and organizing into practical processes.
• Administers adjacent requirements such as project plans and change readiness assessments.
  

Displays

• Experienced with all aspects of the borrowers’ credit lifecycle from registering, transacting and collecting dues.
• Deep understanding of financial tech backend.
  

Delivers

• Craft user stories and properly articulate each requirement to different cross-functional teams and make sure that it is aligned and properly understood by them, especially the technical delivery team.
• Responsible for delivering core lending features and functions for assuring product performance.
