How to Succeed
We hire smart people like you for your potential. Our biggest expectation is that you’ll stay curious. Keep learning. Take on responsibility. In return, we’ll back you to develop into an even more awesome version of yourself.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring proven experience within Loans Agency operations, with a strong understanding of credit documentation and the ability to confidently interpret complex loan agreements. Experience using LoanIQ is essential, enabling you to manage transactions accurately and efficiently from day one.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will help you identify issues quickly and deliver effective solutions, while your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and results-driven, with the confidence to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. You'll enjoy taking ownership, showing initiative, and contributing to a culture where challenges are embraced and opportunities are acted upon.
Candidates with exposure to Structured Finance products, such as Real Estate, Acquisition, Shipping, or Infrastructure Finance, will be particularly well placed to succeed.
