4K Finance, part of the 4K Automotive Group, is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Loan Writer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across multiple brands in a
fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

About the Role

As a Loan Writer, you will play a critical role in supporting the 4K Finance function by preparing, structuring, and submitting finance applications to lenders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the process. There will be a requirement to travel between dealerships, with two days a week required at our 4KRV Sales site in Smeaton Grange. Some weekends may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit finance applications to a panel of lenders
• Structure deals in line with lender policies and customer needs
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner
• Liaise with lenders, dealership staff, and customers to progress applications
• Monitor deal pipelines and provide updates to relevant stakeholders
• Maintain strong attention to detail across all finance files and records
• Support the F&I team to maximise approval rates and turnaround times

About You

• Previous experience in automotive finance, loan processing, or lending (highly regarded)
• Strong understanding of lending policies and compliance requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, team-first attitude with a focus on outcomes
