Role:

Red Rocks Credit Union is seeking a detail‑oriented Loan Servicing Generalist to ensure loan servicing tasks are completed accurately and on time. This role supports our members by executing daily loan operations, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with lending policies, procedures, and regulations.

What You'll Do

• Process daily, weekly, and monthly loan servicing tasks, including loan funding, account opening, lien and deed filings, loan closures, paid‑off audits, total loss claims, and refund processing.
• Complete member loan servicing requests such as account transfers, skip‑a‑pays, due‑date changes, documentation retrieval, and balance transfer processing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of lending procedures, compliance requirements, and regulations.
• Draft, update, and improve loan servicing procedures.
• Assist and train team members on department processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of related lending, loan servicing, or financial operations experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle confidential interactions with professionalism, diplomacy, and tact
• Accuracy and attention to detail; proficient with keyboarding and 10‑key
• Ability to lift up to 10–20 lbs and operate office equipment

Work Environment

Based on the demands of this role, this position is on site Monday-Friday. Flexibility for a WFH option may be considered on an as needed basis and is up the discretion of management.
