Loan Servicing Support Specialist

Location: Client

Compensation: ₱30,000 - ₱60,000 / month

The Loan Servicing Specialist will manage the subservicing process, wire funds, maintain documents, audit reports, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the loan boarding process to subservices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Wire escrow funds as required and manage fund disbursements.
• Deliver and maintain servicing images and documents.
• Manage, track, and resolve missing documents and conditions.
• Audit and reconcile daily subservicing reports to verify accurate boarding data.
• Conduct weekly operational calls with subservices to ensure alignment and address issues.
• Regularly audit daily and monthly subservicing reports.
• Generate and provide detailed reports to management for early delinquency audits.
• Monitor alerts on loan payoffs to manage timely responses.
• Conduct comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual audits.
• Support the Accounting and Compliance teams during annual audits and custodian audits, as well as state regulatory audits.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven experience in mortgage lending and loan servicing.
• Strong understanding of loan servicing workflows, including subservicing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards in loan servicing.
• Experience with Encompass loan origination software.
• Previous work experience with Dovenmuehle Mortgage Inc. (DMI) preferred.
