As an Insurance Servicing Manager – Associate within our Insurance group, you will lead insurance servicing operations while ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, and adherence to risk and control standards. You will manage critical workflows, support team development, oversee escalations, and drive operational efficiency across insurance servicing functions. This role offers the opportunity to partner with stakeholders, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to continuous business improvement
Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee critical insurance servicing activities for self and team while ensuring adherence to quality, productivity, and workflow allocation standards.
  • Monitor daily team performance to achieve service level targets and promptly escalate exceptions for resolution.
  • Implement robust approval and control processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for complex process inquiries and escalated operational issues.
  • Maintain knowledge management frameworks, process documentation, and training programs to support compliance.
  • Support audit activities by ensuring accurate documentation, evidence retention, and regulatory readiness.
  • Develop team capabilities through coaching, succession planning, and cross-training for critical workflows.
  • Identify training opportunities and drive learning initiatives to improve performance and compliance.
  • Conduct research and resolve escalations by providing recommendations, solutions, and stakeholder updates.
  • Prepare operational reports, business updates, and quality reviews to support day-to-day management.
  • Provide project support through analytical insights, guidance, and execution assistance.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
  • Demonstrate willingness to work North America shift schedules.
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree with minimum 6 years of experience in insurance servicing or financial services operations.
  • Apply expertise in loan servicing systems and compliance platforms.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of insurance policies, compliance requirements, and real estate loan operations.
  • Utilize strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills to resolve operational issues.
  • Maintain a strong risk and control mindset while ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Lead small to medium-sized projects and deliver impactful business results.
