As a Loan Servicing Specialist II, you’ll be responsible for processing and validation of a diverse range of monetary transactions, maintenance activity, and/or boarding operations related to consumer and commercial loans spanning the footprint of the bank. Your duties will require the application of problem-solving skills, independent analysis, and sound judgment. These skills will be instrumental in offering support and delivering exceptional customer service to our various internal business partners across all markets. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation and integrity of our loan servicing processes.
In this role, you’ll face daily challenges that motivate you, working with various stakeholders to solve problems and maximize volume. This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Associates Degree in Business or related field of study and/or 3-4 years of experience in loan production or equivalent combination of education and experience.
