As a Loan Servicing Specialist – Operations Analyst within our Loans group, you execute complex loan servicing transactions while ensuring adherence to service level agreements, regulatory requirements, and operational controls. You support a range of real estate loan servicing activities including cash operations, loan setup and maintenance, account management, drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and payoff processing. You also partner with stakeholders to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver exceptional operational performance
Job Responsibilities
- Execute loan servicing transactions accurately and within established SLAs.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for process-related inquiries and escalations.
- Resolve operational queries promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Manage critical account maintenance activities across the loan lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor quality and productivity metrics to consistently achieve performance targets.
- Prepare business-as-usual and end-of-day reports to support operational oversight.
- Perform detailed research and analysis on escalated servicing issues.
- Coordinate with upstream and downstream partners to address exceptions and missing notifications.
- Support projects, process enhancements, and operational change initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and client service delivery.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Work flexible hours, including North America shift schedules.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 36 months of experience in financial services operations.
- Apply knowledge of business financial statements and real estate loan servicing operations.
- Analyze large datasets using strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Manage multiple stakeholders effectively while building strong business partnerships.
- Communicate clearly with strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
