Loan Servicing Coordinator

Consumers Credit Union is looking to hire a passionate Loan Servicing Coordinator to join our team. As a Loan Servicing Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing superior member service, accurate and timely maintenance and processing post-production for the Credit Union’s servicing portfolio. This is an innovative and everchanging department that encourages ideas for improvement and automation from all team members. What you’ll be doing:

• Primarily responsible for:
• Obtain dealer GAP refunds for early loan payoffs
• Successor in Interest Requests
• SCRA Processing
• Internal processing requests
• Assist in other areas including:
• Assisting in GAP claim filing
• Handle phone calls from retail staff and members
• Fulfill requests for payoff letters
• Process lien termination statements
• Scan and Index documents into record retention system
• Meet or exceed all volume and quality goals.
• Assist in any area as directed by your leader

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Prior financial institution experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Proven track record of process improvements
