Job DetailsJob Location: Loan Servicing - Chadds Ford, PA 19317Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolSalary Range: $17.28 - $23.38 HourlySummary
Assists in the performance of various duties in support of the Loan Servicing department.
Key Responsibilities
Assists with day-to-day work tasks of Loan Servicing staff.
Assists with opening and sorting mail, including FedEx & USPS.
Assists with processing daily incoming mail checks.
Assists with payoff quote requests and the processing of the payoffs via checks, wires, and ACH.
Answers phones, monitors Loan Servicing emails & faxes, and assists with Activity Manager tickets.
Assists with processing reports and month-end activities.
Processes incoming loan verification requests.
Ensures accuracy of Loan Servicing forms and making changes to the core as required.
Utilizes the title tracking system to assist as needed with vehicle titles.
Assists with testing of upgrades and new system processes for servicing interface.
Processes any other LS functions assigned by LS Manager and/or Assistant LS Manager.
Is responsible for adhering to operational controls, including compliance with all required regulations and policies such as the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) to ensure the safety and soundness of the Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union and its members.
QualificationsEducation/Experience
High school diploma plus a minimum of 3 years related experience required.
