Job Location: Mexico Location - Guadalajara, JA 44610

Position Summary
We are seeking highly motivated, goal-oriented, problem-solvers to join our Loan Servicing Team. Our Loan Servicing Agents make outbound calls to collect past due accounts for loans from 10-150 days past due and maintenance fee past due accounts.
In our fast-paced, exciting environment, your day will consist of various inbound/outbound call scenarios ranging from assisting with payments, adding cards on autopay, and negotiating the best payment arrangements for our members. Agents are required to collect 10 payments a day and make a minimum of 200 outbound calls a day. The right candidate for this position matches the quality of our resorts – 5 diamonds!
Pay Information
Ø Loan Servicing Agent (Bilingual Spanish & English) - $20,000 - $23,000 Pesos monthly + monthly bonus which can range from $2,000-$13,000 pesos. Agents will be scheduled for 40 hours per week divided into 5 days.

Essential Functions

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with loan servicing requests and perform all other Club Services functions
- Provide World Class Service on all calls by using ResortCom Call Quality model
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints through proper research, identify solutions and take ownership
- Educate members on all amnesty options
- Maintain a working knowledge of all resorts, company policies, procedures, products, and services
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collections goal
- Willingness to work flexible schedules that varies according to business needs
- Adhere to assigned shift schedule and break and lunch schedules
- Attend and complete all required and compliance training
- Perform other duties as assigned

Work Environment
The work for this position is conducted in an office environment. The noise level in this environment is usually high. Travel may be required to receive training, attend meetings and develop relationships with other professionals. Evenings and weekend work may be required based upon the workload.
