Position Overview
We are seeking a relationship-focused Loan Officer II to provide lending solutions for consumer, mortgage, agricultural, and commercial customers. This role is responsible for developing customer relationships, analyzing credit requests, managing a loan portfolio, and delivering exceptional service while supporting the bank's growth and lending objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships while identifying lending and business development opportunities.
- Evaluate loan requests, analyze credit information, and make lending recommendations within established authority.
- Manage an assigned loan portfolio to ensure strong credit quality and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with lending support teams to process loan documentation and maintain compliance with bank policies and regulations.
- Promote bank products and services through referrals, community engagement, and relationship-building activities.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience
- Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Agricultural Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years of lending experience required.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial statements, and tax returns.
- Knowledge of lending practices, banking regulations, and financial records.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, decision-making, and customer service skills.
