About the Role
The Loan Officer leads borrower intake, analyzes commercial real estate and community development loans, and manages loan files through closing and servicing. This front-line role balances relationship-building with borrowers and thorough credit analysis.
Ideal candidates have commercial real estate finance or CDFI lending experience, work independently, and value accuracy and accountability.

Work Schedule & Compensation
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:30 PM; first 90 days onsite in St. Paul with hybrid option thereafter. Salary: $75,000–$85,000.
