We’re looking for a Loan Officer who thrives on developing strong client relationships while managing a dynamic portfolio of commercial real estate loans. In this role, you won’t just evaluate deals you’ll help shape them.

💼 What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where no two days are the same. You’ll:

• Grow your portfolio by building new client relationships and expanding existing ones
• Meet with business clients, understand their needs, and structure smart lending solutions
• Analyze financials, cash flow, and credit risk to make sound lending decisions
• Prepare and present loan packages for approval
• Monitor loan performance and proactively manage risk and portfolio quality
• Work with clients to resolve issues, including delinquencies or loan restructuring
• Partner across the organization by referring clients to other banking services
• Represent the bank at community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
• Contribute to projects, committees, and initiatives that support the Lending Division

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years in a financial institution, including direct lending experience
• Background in sales or account management (small business lending is a plus)
