We are looking for a Loan Supervisor to manage and drive branch-level operations for loan and subsidy consulting services. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can handle end-to-end coordination of loan cases while leading a small team and ensuring smooth client servicing. You will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and financial institutions, overseeing documentation and compliance, and ensuring timely processing of loan applications. The role combines operational execution with team supervision, making it critical to business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficient handling of loan and subsidy cases
• Coordinate with clients for lead follow-ups, document collection, and onboarding
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions to facilitate loan approvals and disbursements
• Monitor and manage the loan pipeline, tracking progress from application to closure
• Supervise and guide field marketing teams to drive lead generation and conversions
• Ensure accuracy in documentation and adherence to compliance requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth servicing and repeat business
• Identify bottlenecks in the process and implement solutions to improve efficiency
• Support business growth initiatives through effective coordination and execution

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2–3 years of experience in loan consultancy, banking, or financial services
• Basic understanding of MSME or industrial loans and subsidy processes
• Strong coordination and team management skills
• Ability to work closely with banks, clients, and internal teams
• Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation and compliance
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving targets
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
